A week off! Karen did not have any doctor appointments this week. As a result she has had a bit more energy and thankfully her mouth and lips no longer burn. The nausea has remained constant. This past week has been odd in that aside from the nausea and fatigue it was almost “normal”. You know kids doing schoolwork, the lawn needing to be mowed and we’re hungry, what’s for dinner normal. It’s been a week virtually free of what we call drama. Thank you Lord, we needed that!

Karen is scheduled for chemotherapy on Thursday, 27 September. Please pray for healing, relief from fatigue and nausea and just another normal week. Until next time…
