Karen’s appointment with the kidney doctor went well. We were told her kidney function appears to have stabilized and showed a small amount of improvement. At this point he feels she has approximately 40% of normal kidney function. YES!! Thank you Lord!

She is scheduled to see the oncologist on Thursday, October 5th. We ask for your prayers that the test taken that day will reveal a drop in the tumor marker levels.
Also, please continue to pray for the complete destruction of all cancerous cells in Karen’s body, peace in the midst of the storm and wisdom.

I will endeavor an update after the appointment on Thursday. Until then …
