In the last update we asked you to pray for relief from nausea. I’m pleased to report that since the last update Karen has not been sick one time. She has had some queasiness but was able to get past it. Thank you for remembering her in prayer.
Today, 17 November, she had the CT Scan and experienced no complications. Most likely we won’t know the result of the scan until next week.
Karen finishes her week of chemo today and is looking forward to the next 7 days with 4 less pills a day and more energy.
Usually, Karen goes to the doctor on Thursdays, however with Thanksgiving being next week her schedule has been moved up one day to Wednesday, 23 November. She has appointments for an infusion of Herceptin and a follow up visit with the gastroenterologist.

Dear Isherwoods, We continue to pray for you daily (sometimes more often than that). The pictures you have posted are wonderful! It is an inspiration to see such joy in the faces of your kids in such challenging circumstances. And we thank God for the progress you have made and have faith that His good works will continue.
